Both Gregg and John have degrees in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Gregg has a degree from Penn State University and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Before owning Greenberg Catering, Gregg was an executive chef for a local catering company for 9 years. Gregg has the expertise to make your party or event a success. He has served statesmen, presidents, and diplomats in addition to winning several awards for food and presentation.

If it's not on the menu, Gregg will create it for you. Any occasion can be made special with something as simple as one of our platters, or a customized menu tailored to your own special needs.
